Guillaume Briant joins Stephenson Harwood as partner

Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has expanded its corporate practice with the arrival of partner Guillaume Briant, who joins the firm's Paris office.

Briant is a corporate M&A lawyer, who advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, on a variety of French and international transactional matters. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings, as well as capital market transactions. He has considerable experience in the telecoms, technology and life sciences sectors, and has advised on many transactions involving Africa or other emerging market countries. Briant joins Stephenson Harwood from Dechert LLP.
