Simon Bollans joins Stephenson Harwood as partner
Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has strengthened its technology practice with the arrival of Simon Bollans as a partner. He joins the firm in London.
Bollans advises clients on a variety of commercial and technology related matters, and in particular has significant experience advising on large, high value, complex IT and managed service arrangements, business process outsourcings, and systems integration and digital transformation projects. He also advises on software licensing, transactional data protection issues, cyber security, and new disruptive technologies, such as AI and machine learning, with particular expertise advising financial services clients on regulated outsourcing arrangements. Bollans returns to Stephenson Harwood, having trained and qualified at the firm, from Osborne Clarke.
