Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP has advised Mirova in respect of NaÏo Technologies’ €32 million fundraising.
Mirova, a subsidiary of Natixis Investissement Managers, is a fund management company dedicated to sustainable investment. It led this fundraising for Naïo Technologies, which develops, manufactures, and markets autonomous robots for the agriculture sector.
The fundraising will help Naïo Technologies accelerate its international development and enhance its service offering over the next two years. Through its products, Naïo, which was founded in 2011, helps to address the labour shortage issues and reduce the physical strains on workers. The company employs 70 people and sells its robots in 20 countries through a network of distributors.
The Stephenson Harwood team was led by Paris-based partner Guillaume Briant, who was supported by associates Ali Hilass and Opale Malet.
