Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance advises on Thai proptech disposal
Stephenson Harwood (Singapore) Alliance has advised FazWaz, a Southeast Asian proptech company, on the sale of Fazwaz Thailand Co., Ltd. (FazWaz TH) to Lifull Connect's portfolio company, Dot Property.
This strategic deal will bring together two of the region's key proptech companies – Dot Property and FazWaz TH – to form a partnership, which leverages on FazWaz TH's innovative tech solutions. Dot Property, which owns and operates dotproperty.co.th and Thailand-Property.com, is Southeast Asia's fastest growing real estate marketplace. In recent years, it has become a central real estate network in the country and across the region.
Founded in 2015, FazWaz has become one of the leading real estate marketplaces in Thailand, with record growth across Southeast Asia. It has been at the forefront of digitising real estate transactions in Southeast Asia, using technology to improve the renting and home buying experience for its consumers.
