Law firm Stephenson Harwood LLP is advising Neoxia, the cloud technologies group, on the exclusive negotiations regarding the acquisition of Neoxia and Skale 5 by the global professional services provider Deloitte.

Founded in 2000, Neoxia Group specialises in developing data and cloud infrastructure solutions, and has 250 engineers based across France and Canada. Neoxia's business focuses on three aspects: business technology consulting, digital and data platforms.

"Following the recent Hexadone deal, a joint venture between Orange and La Banque des Territoires, this work with Neoxia further illustrates our expertise in, and knowledge of, the technology sector - one of the firm's areas of focus," said Guillaume Briant, partner, Stephenson Harwood. "It was exciting to advise our client on these negotiations, which are a major milestone for the group."

The Stephenson Harwood multidisciplinary team was led by partner Guillaume Briant, who was supported by associates Ali Hilass and Ghita Filali on the corporate/M&A aspects. Partner Omar El Arjoun and associates Marine Blondeau and Elise Najjar provided support on the tax aspects.
