Amarveer is an associate in our commercial, technology and data protection team who provides advice to clients in a wide range of industries in relation to general commercial and data protection issues.
Amarveer has advised clients in relation to software as a service agreements and IT contracts, and has also provided clients with commercial strategic support in relation to distribution agreements such as renegotiating and terminating such agreements. Amarveer also advises clients in relation to compliance with regulatory requirements.
On the data protection front, Amarveer has assisted clients with data processing agreements, subject access requests and contracting provisions relating to the use of personal data. Amarveer also provides advice on data protection issues in corporate and commercial transactions.
