Kate is an associate in the firm's commercial, outsourcing and technology team. She assists clients with strategic advice on a range of commercial agreements and data protection related issues.
Kate's main focus is on commercial contracts (including supply and distribution, franchise, manufacturing, wholesale, SaaS and service agreements) and data protection related matters, including advising clients on data protection risks relating to processing high risk personal data, the use of innovative technologies, cookie compliance, direct marketing, subject access requests, data breach notifications and drafting a broad range of data protection related documents and agreements.
