Martha is an associate in the commercial, technology and data protection team and has experience working with clients on a broad range of commercial contracts and GDPR compliance projects.
Martha works closely with clients across a broad range of sectors including life sciences, technology and transport. She advises on a variety of contracts and issues including supply agreements, franchise agreements and distribution agreements. On the data protection side, Martha has experience drafting data protection compliant documentation and has advised in relation to a number of GDPR compliance projects, including leading complex data protection remediation programmes.
