Nic is an associate in our commercial, outsourcing and technology practice and a member of our technology sector group who provides advice on major technology, outsourcing and digital transformation initiatives. Nic is also a member of the firm's international data protection team and provides practical advice to clients in a wide range of industries in relation to data protection issues.
Nic has experience advising clients in both the public and private sectors on the development, negotiation, and implementation of major technology and outsourcing contracts. His experience includes advising on high-profile digital transformation programs and procurements and technology outsourcing and implementation contracts.
Nic has also advised on critical acquisition and services contracts in the defence, transport, professional services, and financial services sectors.
Nic also supports clients by providing strategic data protection advice, including in relation to contracting arrangements, international data transfers and subject access requests.
