Seth advises on a wide range of technology-related transactions, primarily advising on software licensing, issues relating to ownership of copyright in source code, and ensuring business continuity in the context of technology-focused corporate M&A transactions.

Seth's technology experience includes restructuring intra-group software licences, renegotiating software licences, and advising on acquiring software to bring business-critical functions and software development in-house. 

Seth also has experience acting on domain name disputes under ICANN UDRP, social media 'takedowns' and taking action against domain name registrars hosting fraudulent or infringing websites, or selling counterfeit goods.
